One More Debism...

Have you ever been in a training session with Deb and she pulls out that darn jump rope? I would always think, "how uncoordinated can I look in front of everyone?","will my sports bar really work under these conditions?","what am I, 12?" Nevertheless, I completed my two minutes, went on to complete another activity and then came back for more. Well, those minutes of jump rope, may really be some of the best moments of your training session. Take a look at what CBS Sunday Morning had to say about jumping rope.

  1. How funny, Danna...I just read an article that said jumping rope is great to curb hunger because the jumping up and down disrupts the stomach and the hunger pains! Now, I am not sure if that is true...but I do know that jumping rope is a fabulous way to exercise...and so easy because you can take your rope almost everywhere and get your jump on!!!! AND...Danna...you are GREAT at the rope!!!
