Thoughts

This morning, prior to today's first shovel, I turned on WTTW channel 11 and heard some of the simplest, yet profound words. First, I heard, "your body is a dynamic activity in a dynamic universe", and then, "the body you have right now is a result of your past experiences; if you want a new body you must change your experiences".

I'm going to hold off on revealing the source of the phrases but out of a thirty minute lecture, I found these two phrases very profound and liberating. The speaker talked about how the human body is a result of  the multitude of simultaneous activities working in tandem to help a person function, making the body a continuum of dynamic activity. The basic activities of the body reflect those of the universe; always changing and evolving. The speaker explained the second phrase as being connected to how we deal with addictions or how we don't face issues which need to be addressed.

I have a lot of thoughts connected to each of these phrases but, I'm curious to hear the thought of others.
